Dzakeh Maria Ekpong,also known as rap artist "ZEE" is a young talent who made her debut early 2010 when she appeared on "Come get with me" a 2 minute video by Tha suspect,a famous Producer and artiste under Capital Hill Music. This feature helped jump start her career and brought her to noteworthy status as emerging fire spittin' female emcee in the music industry.

A graduate of French from the University of Lagos, ZEE started her journey in music in 2006 under a talent management called XXL Untertainment alongside other artistes like General Pype and Vector where she began honing her skill.

Remained underground for a few years due to her studies but kept sharpening her artistic blades, doing various recordings and open mic performances everywhere she could.

She's also shined on smash single "Tuaile" a street lore by Tha Suspect featuring Shank,ill Bliss, Young milz and herself on the first verse. She has received the nods from critics and applauding reviews by most others for her delivery and character on the song and video.

ZEE distinguishes herself from every other female rap artists with her ability to flip and lyrical depth.

In may she released a song titled "Standing" featuring Nosa online and has kept receiving good reviews on it since then, also she's made appearance on popular releases like Tha Suspect's "I No Send U"(femcee version) and Capital Hill Viral video series I "Higher".

Currently, she has put heads together with Capital Hill Music owned by the famous video director, Clarence peters to create and put out  her own music materials first of which is "Mic Check" released online.

Eric Arubayi’s album was set to be released on 14 July 2011 (which i hope it did.. didn't hear any buzz on it), Well Eric’s album is a follow-up on his three singles(Number One, One Love One Voice & I go make am) released a couple of months back.

This album tells a story of life as experienced by the average young person around the world especially in Nigeria. It is fun, interesting, and cool even when laced with some stories of the many challenges faced in this part of the world.

It speaks of love we can share as one family and as lovers. It speaks of hope for a better future and of trust in a Supreme. And yes, we should have some fun too! The album has dancehall songs to spice up our celebrations.

Unlike most Nigerian artistes, Eric practices and performs with a full live band. He is especially famous for his strong vocal ability, his exceptional dress sense and his charming smile.

I love the album art and i just cant wait to set my hands on the album..

This month's edition of the monthly Kool iT Saturdays is slated for the 30th of July 2011. Last month we saw blazing performances by new and upcoming artistes working hard for a spot in the spotlight.Their challenge was to work up to standard in the performance of their various arts as was presented to them by already rising stars in Jos such as Tommy Shields, Kunem and Verbz. J-town artistes have been tasked by KOOL iT SATURDAYS “KISS"  to work hard on upgrading and improving on their music as we are expecting a thrilling experience from them this month.

To encourage J-town artistes there will be special guest performances by Kahli Abdu, Mista Seth and Jerome da Diplomat.
