Jerry a.k.a BaRuq dropped his debut single recently called "Misconception" produced by Dr. Tim and its an instant classic already.. his style is soothing, pure and raw and with much love already in the air this valentine season, it's just the perfect track.. so if u haven't heard itt yet, hit the download button! Born Jerry Joel Pam on the 10th January, 80’s in Jos. BaRuQ grew up on a musical family- his father sang in a group; as a boy. As a teenager BaRuQ joined both a music group called (Gospel Boiz) and a mass choir called (higher call). In late 1990s BaRuQ and a friend formed their own group, Connekt. He is a singer/recording artiste and songwriter. With musical influences from the likes of; D’angelo, Maxwell, Erykah Badu, John Mayer, Lenny Kravitz, David Cooke, and Pink.
BaRuQ is currently recording more singles and we should expect more from him in 2012.
