Vanessa Ozioma Obiakor a.k.a Zizzy. was born on the 29th of october 1988 to a family, which consisted of a Philippine mother and a Nigerian father. The Afro Asian Empress spent most of her childhoods in Lagos Nigeria were she attended German school and Grange and eventually graduated from Far Eastern University, Philippine.
Zizzy always had a passion for music from a tender age, as time grew she found solace in genres like Reggae, Soul and Afrobeat, which in no time got inspired by the likes of Bob Marley, Peter Tosh, Fela Kuti, the Beatles, Janis Joplin, Queen Ifrica, Bob Dylan, Tracy Chapman and Lauryn Hill.
Four years ago she went further by picking up the guitar, not long after she grabbed the trumpet too, and the result was a brilliantly self-honed entertainer. She played her first Gig at an underground station in Manila (Philippine) that same year with The alternative band called STICK21, as a backup vocalist and guitarist. The outcome of which convicted her to a life of music. Finally in 2011 Zizzy joined "The Stupid bots band" (Retardimus Primer, LD Prime and Dramin). Judging from her potential, it won't be long before she gets her place amongst the Stars.
